Six steps from
browse to collect.

No queues, no cash. Pick what you want online, pay with Mobile Money, and collect at the machine.

Select a vending machine

Choose the machine closest to you from the list on the home page. Each machine shows its name, venue, and address.

Browse and add to cart

Browse organic products, filter by category, and add items to your cart. The cart tracks how many of each item you've added.

Create an account (optional)

Register to access the Streak & Rewards program. You don't need an account to order — just your phone number.

Proceed to checkout

Tap "Checkout" in your cart. Enter your Mobile Money number and select your provider — MTN, Telecel, or AirtelTigo.

Approve the payment

A payment prompt will appear on your phone. Approve it to complete the transaction. Keep the window open while waiting.

Collect at the machine

Once payment is confirmed you'll receive an order code. Enter it at the vending machine to collect your items.

Frequently asked questions

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Mobile Money payments from MTN, Telecel, and AirtelTigo. No cards are required.

Do I need to create an account to buy?

No — you can add items to your cart and checkout with just your phone number. An account is only required for the Streak & Rewards program.

What happens if I change my vending machine?

Changing the machine clears your cart since products are specific to each machine. Re-add your items after selecting the new machine.

How long do I have to collect my order?

Orders can typically be collected within 24–48 hours. Contact us if you have issues collecting.

My payment was deducted but I didn't get an order code. What do I do?

Contact us immediately at contact@esogafrica.org or call +233 24 675 6644 / +233 55 492 2935 with your MoMo transaction reference.

Are the products really 100% organic?

Yes. ESOG Africa is committed to 100% organic, natural snacks and beverages. All products are carefully sourced and certified.
